These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for adjusting services. That is a separate written contract, and nothing on this site creates one.
This site is information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about property insurance claims and about what a licensed public adjuster does. It is not legal advice, and it is not advice about your policy or your particular loss. Your policy and the facts of your loss decide your claim, and neither is on this page.
Nothing here makes us your adjuster
Reading this site, filling in the form, or speaking with us does not make us your public adjuster. We represent you only after you sign a written adjusting contract with us and not before. Until then you are free to walk away, and so are we.
Where we are licensed
V&F Champion Property Adjusting is licensed as a public adjusting firm in the State of Florida and works Florida property only. If your property is in another state, we cannot take the claim, and we will tell you that on the first call.
No promise of an outcome
We do not guarantee that a claim will be approved, that it will be paid, or that it will be paid in any particular amount or within any particular time. Any figure, timeline or example anywhere on this site describes what has happened on other claims and is not a prediction about yours. A firm that promises you an outcome before it has seen your policy and your damage is telling you something it cannot know.
Fees
Our fee is a percentage of what is recovered on your claim, it is capped by Florida law, and it is set out in the written contract before you sign anything. There is nothing to pay to have us come out, inspect the property and read your policy with you. If there is no recovery, there is no fee. Florida law also gives you a period after signing in which you may cancel the contract in writing without giving a reason; the contract states that period and how to exercise it.
What we ask of you
Give us accurate information about yourself and the property. If you send us something through this site, you confirm you are entitled to send it. Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to try to reach data that is not yours.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for it or for what it does with your information.
What belongs to us
The text, photographs, video, layout and marks on this site belong to V&F Champion Property Adjusting or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking.
Disclaimers and limits
This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in this paragraph limits any liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, and nothing in it affects the obligations we owe you under a signed adjusting contract or under the law that governs licensed public adjusters.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Broward County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
