What we collect
What you give us
If you fill in the inspection form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property zip code, the situation you selected, and whatever you write in the message field. If you call us, we keep a record of the call and what was discussed.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or advertisement that sent you here. We use this to understand which advertising is working and to keep the site running.
What we do not collect on this site
We do not ask for your social security number, your date of birth, your bank details, or a copy of your policy through this website. If we need any of that, it happens later, in person or through a channel we set up with you, and only if you decide to engage us.
Why we collect it
- To call or write back and arrange a free inspection.
- To understand the loss well enough to tell you whether it is a claim.
- To perform the work, if you sign an agreement with us.
- To measure which advertising brings in homeowners we can actually help.
- To meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed firm in Florida.
Calls, texts and consent
When you tick the contact consent box on the form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email you gave us about your property, including by telephone call.
Text messages are separate. We send SMS only if you tick the SMS consent box, which is optional, is unticked by default, and is not required to submit the form or to receive any service from us. If you tick it, you may receive text messages from us related to customer care. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
Mobile Opt-in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Consent is not a condition of any service. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us on a call, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. Withdrawing consent stops the marketing contact; it does not end any agreement you have signed with us, and we may still need to reach you about an active claim.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile Opt-in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Service providers. The companies that run our website, phone system, email and customer records handle your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
- Advertising platforms. We share limited measurement data with advertising platforms so we can tell which campaigns produced an enquiry.
- Your insurance carrier and the trades on your claim. Only if you engage us, only what the claim requires, and only under the written authorisation you sign.
- When the law requires it. Including a lawful request from a regulator, a court, or the Florida Department of Financial Services.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and for advertising conversion measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do. You can also control personalised advertising in your Google account settings and through the opt-out tools published by the advertising industry associations.
How long we keep it
If you enquire and do not engage us, we keep your enquiry for as long as it is useful to follow up, and then we delete it. If you engage us, we keep the claim file for as long as Florida law requires a licensed public adjuster to keep records, and then we dispose of it securely.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will not tell you otherwise.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to the records we are required to keep.
- Tell us to stop contacting you, for any reason or none.
